Britton Lense

Britton Lense has a diverse work experience. Britton started their career at Wegmans Food Markets, where they held various roles including Service Team Leader, Front End Coordinator, Cashier, Supply Chain Analyst Intern, and Business to Business Intern. Britton then moved on to The TJX Companies, Inc. where they worked as a Transportation and Logistics Analyst, Transportation and Logistics Senior Analyst, and Transportation Manager of Southern California. During their time at TJX, they implemented cost-saving strategies, managed improvement projects, and was selected for an accelerated development program. Britton also served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at Little Footprints Big Steps International Development Organization. Most recently, Britton worked at Publix Super Markets as a Transportation System Operator, where they developed and implemented an outbound delivery system. Britton is currently the Director of Operations at Performance Team, overseeing operations and implementing solutions for special projects.

Britton Lense obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from The College at Brockport, State University of New York, completing the program from 2008 to 2012.
