Johnny Bond

Johnny Bond is currently a Director at Performance Trust Capital Partners and serves on the Board of Directors at FactorCloud. They previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer at FactorCloud and BrightBolt between 2022 and 2024. Johnny has also worked as an Investment Banking Summer Associate at J.P. Morgan and gained extensive experience in investment banking and private equity through roles at Banks Street Partners, NextGen Growth Partners, and KBW. Johnny holds a Master's degree in Business/Commerce with a focus on Finance from the McIntire School of Commerce and an MBA from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, in addition to a Bachelor's degree in History from Williams College.
