Les Fraley

Les Fraley is a fixed-income expert and financial technology thought leader with a robust technical background. They have held various roles, including Electrical Engineer at The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory, where they contributed to the development of ballistic missile defense systems. At Performance Trust Capital Partners, Les served as Director, improving investor portfolio performance through fixed-income analytics and translating complex quantitative analyses into actionable recommendations. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Texas A&M University and The Johns Hopkins University, respectively, while also obtaining an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
