Patrick Lewis

Patrick Lewis has an extensive work history in the financial and real estate sectors. Patrick started their career as a Senior Associate at AllianceBernstein in 2007, before moving on to roles in fixed income sales at Forge Advisory and KGS-Alpha Capital Markets. In 2017, they became a Partner and Managing Director for the Commercial Real Estate Specialty Team at Performance Trust Capital Partners. In 2020, they transitioned to become the Managing Member of Blue Creek Real Estate Partners, and in 2021, they became the Owner of Upland Flats Racing LLC.

Patrick Lewis completed their high school education at Montgomery Bell Academy from 1998 to 2002. Patrick then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and English at Vanderbilt University from 2002 to 2006. Additionally, they obtained a Chartered Financial Analyst certification from the CFA Institute.
