Marc Carls is currently employed at Performance Validation as a Senior Validation Specialist, performing Computer System Validation work for clients. Prior to their current position, Marc worked at MPI Research as a Senior Validation Associate, coordinating validations and managing IT projects. Before that, Marc worked as a Substitute Teacher at St Joseph County ISD and as a Design Engineer at Lear Corporation. Marc earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Western Michigan University.
