Michael Rutherford is the Principal and CEO of Rutherford Consulting, LLC, which they founded in May 2024. They previously served as the Executive Director of Computer Systems Quality and Data Integrity at Syneos Health until November 2023, after a notable 29-year career at Eli Lilly and Company. Michael is recognized as a global expert in data integrity and computer systems validation, having held numerous leadership roles in organizations such as ISPE and GAMP since 2003. They earned a BS in Chemistry from Delaware Valley University and an MS in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Kentucky. Michael has been honored with multiple awards, including the ISPE Max Seales Yonker Member of the Year Award in 2014.
