Phil Burns is the CFO at Performance Validation since May 1996. Previously, worked as a Tax Specialist at LJS Corp HQ from September 1990 to October 1992. Prior to that, served as a CPA at Kemper CPA Group LLP from May 1983 to September 1990. Graduated from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale with a BS in Accounting in 1983.
