Rick Van Doel

Rick Van Doel, Ph.D., has an extensive background in both military and business leadership. Serving in the US Navy from 1972 to 1993, Rick achieved the rank of Chief Warrant Officer and contributed to the Naval Nuclear Power Program before retiring. Following military service, Rick has held various leadership roles, including President of the Indiana Center for Employee Ownership and President of GRC Consulting. Rick is currently a Board Member at Performance Validation and has previously held positions such as Project Leader and Division Director for the Indiana division of Performance Validation. Rick’s academic credentials include multiple degrees in Organizational Leadership and Management from Indiana Wesleyan University and an Associate degree from Excelsior University.
