Andrey Silakov

Andrey Silakov possesses extensive experience in sales and project management across various industries, primarily in real estate and commercial development. Currently serving in the Development Department at Performance Lab since January 2023, Andrey has also held the position of Chief Executive Officer at ICan.kz since February 2015, where a unique marketplace and online store were established. Previous roles include Director of Sales and Operations at Elitstroy and Deputy Head of Commercial Real Estate at REIC, where effective sales strategies were implemented and sales teams were managed.
