Luke Burns has extensive experience in investment and corporate advisory roles, currently serving as Director and Investment Manager at Beech Tree Private Equity since April 2019. In addition to this, Luke holds multiple Non-Executive Director positions at Sustainable Energy First, Arc (UK) Systems Ltd, and Telana, and serves as a Board Observer for Performanta. Previous experience includes Non-Executive Director roles at BCN Group Ltd and Wavenet, and a Corporate Advisor position at Canterbury Partners Pty Ltd, specializing in mergers, acquisitions, and financial strategy. Additional experience encompasses investment banking at GP Bullhound and transaction services at PwC. Luke holds the ACA designation from ICAEW and a degree in Business Accounting & Finance from Newcastle University.
