Lee Aho started their work experience in 2004 as a Southeastern Regional Account Executive at LexJet. In 2008, they joined Perform[cb] as an Advertising Account Executive, where they independently managed and expanded a portfolio of advertising clientele. Lee also mentored new teammates and provided statistical feedback on client traffic. In 2009, Lee was promoted to Senior Advertising Account Executive, where they continued to prospect, onboard, and manage marketer clients. Lee also demonstrated a strong understanding of performance-based acceleration strategies to leverage business growth. In 2010, they became a Market Leader and later an Advertising Director in 2010, where they managed a team of Marketer Consultants and worked on client strategies that drove volume and growth. Finally, in 2011, Lee became the Executive Vice President of Marketers at Perform[cb], where they provided direction to sales and account growth teams, integrated sales and growth teams across the company's structure, and was actively involved in strategic planning and implementation.

Lee Aho attended Oakland University from 2000 to 2002, during which the degree name is not provided. They then transferred to Michigan State University and completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from 2002 to 2004.
