Performify is an AI-powered human performance and fitness coaching platform. The platform helps coaches write better, more personalized training programs in less time, and gives athletes real-time adjustments during their workouts shaped by their coach's intent.

Unlike platforms that replace coaches with generic AI or simply digitize the clipboard, Performify learns each coach's individual methodology from their real programming decisions. Over time, the AI builds a coaching fingerprint: a model of how that specific coach thinks about exercise selection, progression, modification, and every other decision that goes into a training program.

The system evaluates 43+ contextual dimensions for every coaching decision: training history, fatigue state, equipment availability, injury status, goals, methodology, and dozens more. When reality changes mid-workout, the platform adjusts in real time while preserving the original training intent.

For athletes without a coach, Performify delivers AI programming trained on collective coaching wisdom and peer-reviewed exercise science, with the same real-time adjustment capabilities.

Patent-pending technology with a compounding data moat. Built by coaches, for coaches, and for every athlete who deserves better than a template.
