Dr. Carrie Straub is a dedicated educational leader with extensive experience in various roles within the field. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Educational Programs and Research at Mursion, they lead the design and implementation of virtual simulations for over 85 educational service organizations. Previously, Dr. Straub served as the Special Events Producer and Fellowship Director for Performing Arts Educators, where they facilitated major performance opportunities for youth. They also founded and directed The Jacob School, aimed at twice-exceptional students, and held positions such as Research Director at the University of Central Florida, where they managed a $1.5 million national research project funded by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Dr. Straub earned a PhD in Exceptional Education from the University of Central Florida.
