Alice Burrows

Alice Burrows has a diverse work experience. Alice started their career at Uber in 2016, working in various roles such as Restaurant Support Representative and Activation Representative for UberEATS. Alice then joined Cubbi in 2018 as a Customer Success Lead, where they implemented Customer Success Standards and achieved high customer satisfaction ratings. Alice also worked at DoorDash, starting in 2020, in roles such as Merchant Operations Specialist and Customer Success Manager. Alice recently joined Performio in 2022 as a Customer Success Manager. Additionally, Alice founded their own business, Earth Glitter, in 2019, which focuses on providing eco-friendly glitter products and environmental education.

Alice Burrows earned a Bachelor of Applied Science in Biotechnology from RMIT University, graduating in 2017. In addition to their degree, they also obtained certifications in "Analyzing and Visualizing Data with Microsoft Power BI" from Kepler Analytics in August 2019, and "Preventing Workplace Harassment" from Uber in September 2018.
