Tony George

Tony George has a diverse work experience in the field of quality assurance and testing. Tony currently holds the position of Lead Quality Engineer at Performio since February 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Quality Assurance Engineer at the same company from June 2017 to February 2022.

Before joining Performio, Tony worked as a Crowd Tester at Crowdsprint for a brief period from January 2017 to June 2017. Their role involved conducting crowdsourced testing on user-centric applications and mobile apps to enhance user experience and provide feedback on scalability and compatibility.

Tony also has experience working with Etisalat, where they held the positions of Associate Test Lead and Senior Test Engineer. As an Associate Test Lead from May 2016 to November 2016, they were involved in effort estimations, test plan review, and test execution of client systems. As a Senior Test Engineer from April 2014 to April 2016, they successfully migrated two million subscribers to a new billing application, achieved complete test coverage for fixed line products, and verified customer migrations and billing processes.

Prior to Etisalat, Tony worked at Maveric Systems Limited as a Senior Test Engineer and Test Engineer. During their time there, they gained expertise in billing modules and tested various telecom and banking projects. Tony contributed to the organization by sharing knowledge on billing software and revenue leakage prevention. Tony worked on projects such as ARC-Mobile Implementation for Metro Bank UK and tested telecom products, banking facilities, and mobile applications for a leading automobile manufacturer.

Tony also gained experience at Ford Technology Service India (FTSI) as a Test Engineer, where they worked on the FoE Vehicle Order Processing System (VOPS) suite, which handles the order fulfillment process for Ford of Europe vehicles.

Overall, Tony George has a strong background in quality assurance and testing, with experience in crowd testing, telecom and banking projects, mobile application testing, and order fulfillment systems.

Tony George completed their education from various institutions. From 1994 to 2006, they studied at Rajagiri but the specific degree and field of study during that time are unknown. From 2006 to 2010, they attended the Federal Institute of Science and Technology, where they obtained a B.Tech degree in Computer Science. In 2010, they enrolled at Loyola Institute Of Business Administration and completed an EPGDM degree in Financial Services and Software Testing in 2012. In addition to their formal education, Tony George obtained a certification in Software Testing from the ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board in November 2012.
