Kevin Oakes

Kevin Oakes is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in human capital research and analytics. As the CEO and founder of the Institute for Corporate Productivity (i4cp) since October 2006, Kevin leads a firm focused on identifying effective people practices that enhance organizational performance. In addition to this role, Kevin has served on the Board of Directors for Performitiv, Workforce Insight, and KnowledgeAdvisors, contributing to analytics technology and workforce management solutions. Previously, Kevin founded and directed SumTotal Systems, the world's largest provider of talent and learning solutions, and held leadership positions at Click2learn and Jambok Inc. Kevin's commitment to workplace learning is further exemplified by their tenure as Chairman of the American Society of Training & Development (ASTD). Kevin is an alumnus of the University of New Hampshire, where education was completed from 1982 to 1986.
