Mark Caswell

Mark Caswell is a high-growth executive, consultant, professor, and coach dedicated to helping others thrive. They have extensive experience in international business, private equity, and M&A, particularly in service and product-based sectors. Currently, Mark serves as a Chief of Staff at Connection Pointe Christian Church and teaches Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Butler University. Mark has held leadership roles at notable companies, including Rolls-Royce and Resultant, and is actively involved as a board member and operating partner in several organizations. Mark holds multiple degrees, including a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and an MBA from IE Business School.
