Rafik Ibrahim

Rafik Ibrahim serves as the CEO and Co-Founder of Performly HRMS since October 2016 and has held multiple roles at LDN, OTVentures, A15, and Performly since June 2003, including Linkawy. In prior roles, Rafik served as MIS Director and Senior Manager of MIS at A15 from October 2015 to September 2016, and held senior management positions at OTVentures from January 2011 to September 2015. Early in their career, Rafik worked at LINKdotNET from June 2003 to December 2010 in various roles related to communication, security, and network administration, and was a System Administrator at Xerox from April 2002 to January 2003. Rafik also has academic credentials, holding an MBA with a specialization in Strategic Management from Rome, Italy, completed in December 2022, and a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade from the Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration.
