Erica Potter

Erica Potter, CPhT, is a skilled professional with extensive experience in incident management, quality assurance, and compliance within the pharmacy sector. Currently serving as the Manager of Incident Management and Pharmacy Systems Analyst at PerformRx since May 2013, Erica has established effective incident management guidelines and managed vendor relations. Previously, as a Quality Manager, Erica led external audits to ensure compliance with URAC and NCQA standards and developed annual quality work plans. Erica's career includes significant roles at FutureScripts, LLC, where management of a 30-member team in prior authorization operations and leading audit initiatives were key responsibilities. Erica is a graduate of Southern New Hampshire University, with studies completed between 2017 and 2021.
