Sheri Zapp

Sheri Zapp has extensive experience in various leadership roles in the pharmaceutical industry. Sheri is currently the Vice President of Administrative Services at PerformRx since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President of Client Services at WellDyneRx from October 2019 to July 2022. Sheri also served as the Senior Director of Implementation and Customer Care at RxBenefits, Inc. from June 2018 to October 2019. Before that, they held the position of Senior Director of Revenue Cycle at Optum360 from November 2016 to June 2018. Sheri Zapp began their career at Kmart as the Divisional Pharmacy Director from 1997 to 2003. Sheri then worked at Express Scripts as the Director of Pharmacy in 2002. Later, they held various positions at PharMerica from 2003 to 2007, including Executive Director of Med D Contracting. Sheri joined OptumRx, formerly known as Catamaran Corporation, where they served as the Vice President of Clinical Operations from August 2014 to November 2016, and then as the VP of Pharmacy Technology Services from November 2007 to August 2014. Overall, Sheri Zapp has a wealth of experience in pharmaceutical management and leadership roles.

Sheri Zapp obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from the University of Wyoming, where they studied from 1985 to 1990. Later, in 2010 to 2011, they pursued a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Masters of Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
