We help active people take back control to do the things that mean the most.

Too often you are given bad advice, told to quit and that it’s a ’normal’ part of aging. We are here to call that bluff and guide you back to being the hero of your own life.

At Performx we know that you can have a healthy, strong and active body at any age that allows you to do the things that give your life purpose and our mission is to give you the tools to do so.

We approach healthcare differently, truly putting you first through dedicated 60-minute 1-on-1 sessions with a performance physical therapist.

Having worked across the UK, Australia and US, serving athletes across 20 different countries, we could not be more excited to come home and put down roots.
