Joseph Ketterer

Joseph Ketterer has been in the professional workforce since 2013. Joseph has held various roles at different companies. In 2013, they were a Lifeguard at Kings Island, where they scanned and surveyed areas, rescued guests, and provided directions. In 2015, they were a Customer Service/Cashier at REGAL CINEMAS, where they assisted guests, tore tickets, and handled payment transactions. In 2017, they were a Marketing Intern at Family Solutions, where they helped create a low budget marketing strategy to get information about the non-profit organization out to battered women. In 2018, they were a Purchasing Intern at MANE, where they ordered raw materials daily and worked frequently with SAP. From 2019 to 2022, they were an Account Executive and Associate Business Development Manager at Advantage Solutions, and currently holds the role of Customer Success Manager at PerformYard.

Joseph Ketterer graduated from Miami University in 2019 with a Bachelor's degree in Individualized Studies and a co-major in Entrepreneurship. Joseph also obtained a minor in Marketing and Management.
