Lauren Staley

Lauren Staley has worked in the field of customer success since 2011. Lauren began their career at American Institutes for Research as a Research Associate and Research Assistant, where they managed budgets, teams, and data collection. In 2010, they interned as an Analyst at PinneyAssociates, where they wrote reviews on current health topics and created tables summarizing FDA regulation dockets and Global Adult Tobacco Surveys. In 2016, they joined PerformYard as Director of Customer Success, where they work to build trusted relationships with customers and ensure they achieve success with the company's product. As Customer Success Manager, they are a representative and voice of the customer's needs and contributes to product enhancements.

Lauren Staley attended Hollins University from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Psychology.
