Amar Laurent

AMAR Laurent has extensive experience in technical management and safety, currently serving as the Deputy Technical Director for works and safety at PERIAL since December 2011. Key responsibilities include implementing a framework contract with QUALICONSULT for regulatory compliance across the group's assets and ensuring compliance of a high-rise building following an acquisition of one of PERIAL's SCPI. Previously, AMAR Laurent was involved in the rehabilitation of an 8000 m² office building in Puteaux and held the position of Technical Works and Safety Manager at Cushman & Wakefield for a brief period. Before that, AMAR Laurent worked at GESNOV/UFG as a Technical Manager, overseeing a portion of assets for SGAM/SOCIÉTÉ GÉNÉRALES across France.
