Anthony Marchand

Anthony Marchand has a solid background in real estate funds and portfolio management. Anthony is currently the Real Estate Funds & Portfolio Management Director at PERIAL AM, a position they have held since July 2021. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Portfolio Management & Valuation at the same company from March 2019 to June 2021. Before joining PERIAL AM, Anthony worked as a Portfolio Manager at the company from September 2017 to February 2019. Anthony began their career as a Financial Analyst in the Asset Management Department at PERIAL AM, where they worked from March 2016 to August 2017.

Before their time at PERIAL AM, Anthony gained experience as an Investment Analyst at CBRE from July 2015 to January 2016. Prior to that, they worked as a Real Estate Consultant at Icade from September 2013 to June 2015. Anthony's career started as a Commercial Banker in the Institutional Investors Department at BRED, where they worked from January 2013 to June 2013.

Anthony Marchand obtained a Mastère Spécialisé degree in Real Estate Asset Management from KEDGE Business School in 2013-2014. Prior to that, they pursued a Master 2 degree in Corporate Finance & Financial Markets at OMNES Education London School from 2012 to 2013. Additionally, Anthony has obtained certifications such as TOEIC - Niveau B2 from ETS Global in 2023, Certification AMF from Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) – France in 2021, and will become an RICS Associate from RICS - Royal Institution for Chartered Surveyors in August 2023.
