At Peridot, we believe that people are the life blood of an organisation and can truly be your competitive advantage.

Our mission is to unearth the gems in the life sciences industry, to find those exceptional individuals who will bring outstanding value, make a significant impact and enhance the success and culture of your business.

Our gems are coveted. We are committed to ensuring we match them with companies who prioritise people, who provide recognition and foster personal and professional growth.

By investing in exceptional talent today, you not only strengthen the foundations of your organisation, but also future proof its success for the years to come.

How we find your gems:

Peridot is a rare gemstone which forms deep inside the earth's mantle and is brought to the surface by volcanoes.

Like this precious stone, our gems are also not always immediately visible. These highly sought-after individuals are typically deeply immersed in their roles, doing amazing work in other organisations, delivering exceptional results and being well supported.

So identifying and uncovering them requires dedicated effort and a robust and thorough search process.

That’s why we take the time to go deep in understanding you and your business, delving into your goals, what you are looking to achieve, the opportunities, challenges and what makes your organisation unique.

We help you look beyond today's needs and focus on building your team of tomorrow, with individuals that will grow with you over the long term, helping you meet and exceed your business
