Perigon is a certified B Corp sustainability and strategy consulting firm that helps busy CEOs, Strategy Heads, and Sustainability Leaders put their business in command in an uncertain world.

Perigon works with forward-thinking leaders of successful established businesses and high-growth scale-ups across financial services, fintech, and infrastructure sectors and specialises in two areas:
- sustainable strategic plans that are resilient and adaptive
- strategic sustainability plans that are embedded in the core business

Our work is grounded in our "business less usual" mindset and methodology. We don't believe the old approaches to strategic planning and ESG remain fit-for-purpose.

This involves:
- Understanding the real game today (triple materiality, big cycle analysis)
- Shaping big bets (hypotheses, theory of change)
- Unsettling the comfortable story (foresight, scenario analysis)
- Aligning behind one coherent agenda (single narrative and framework)
- Living the plans day-to-day (targets, ownership, rhythms etc.)

As part of our "business less usual" ethos, we're continually pushing the boundaries on how we "do" strategy and sustainability and broadening our understanding of how the world's changing through research and analysis. Perigon also owns the Perigon Banking Barometer - an annual deep dive into the strategy and sustainability actions of UK banks, building socieities and fintechs - and the Perigon Transition Index - a real-world view of progress towards net zero, beneath the hype.
