Alan Magner is a transformation and improvement professional with extensive experience in leading wide-scale projects across various industries. They have served as a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt, implementing methodologies that increased production output and achieved significant cost savings in major companies such as Chevron and Tengizchevroil. At Penrith City Council, Alan led the establishment of the first improvement program, engaging stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
