Períneo originates from the necessity to promote more awareness about pelvic floor muscle dysfunctions, in order that patients can find information about these pathologies, and have the opportunity for physical therapy treatment conducted by qualified professionals.
We are physical therapists specialising in urogynecology, focusing on pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation in women and men; such as urinary and anal incontinence, urinary retention, constipation, sexual dysfunction, pelvic organ prolapse; and assisting women during pregnancy and the postpartum period. We are in Sao Paulo (Brazil) and Lisbon (Portugal).
