Nitsa Levy

Nitsa Levy has extensive experience in payroll management and accounting. Nitsa began their career at MGS in 2002 as a Payroll Accountant and Bookkeeper, where they were responsible for salary calculations, employee onboarding and termination, pension and study funds payments, as well as bookkeeping for vendors and customers. In 2007, Nitsa joined Omrix Biopharmaceuticals as a Senior Payroll Associate, managing payroll and attendance for 600 employees globally. Nitsa continued to excel in this role until 2014 when they joined OptimalPlus as the Global Payroll Manager. At OptimalPlus, Nitsa oversaw payroll and attendance for 200 employees in Israel and abroad, working with payroll service organizations in subsidiary locations. In 2016, Nitsa joined Maccabi Tel Aviv FC, serving as Payroll Manager. In this role, they successfully managed payroll for 300 employees and foreign experts, onboarding and termination processes, pension and study fund payments, as well as monthly and yearly reporting to regulatory authorities. Most recently, Nitsa joined Perion Network in 2019 as the Payroll and Equity Manager. Overall, Nitsa Levy has gained valuable experience in various payroll roles throughout their career.

Nitsa Levy obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Studies with a focus on Accounting & Management from The Open University of Israel in the years 2000 to 2004. Following this, they pursued further education and received a degree as a Senior Payroll Accountant from the Institute of Certified Public Accountants in Israel in 2006. In 2009 to 2011, Nitsa attended MLA - The Center of Academic Studies, where they earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Human Resources Management and Services.
