Raphael Lalou

Raphael Lalou has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Raphael started their career at Air Liquide as a BusinessObjects Developer, where they supported the Sales Management Team by developing activity and costs Webi reports. Raphael then worked as a SAP BI Consultant at Censio - iOrga Consulting, where they assisted clients in reaching their strategic business objectives through data. In this role, they were involved in all aspects of implementing new or upgrading existing BI solutions.

After that, Raphael joined Montefiore Health System as a Senior Management Analyst and BI Lead for the Office of the President. Here, they conducted strategic initiatives and achieved organizational objectives of strategy, budget, cost, and operations of the health system. Raphael provided data-driven recommendations to identify growth and managerial opportunities.

Following their role at Montefiore Health System, Raphael worked at CodeGreen Solutions as the Director of the Data Management Practice. In this position, they designed and conducted the data strategy and analytics engineering, audited and improved the data foundation, and leveraged existing applications to improve results and reduce costs.

Before their current role, Raphael was a Data Science and Visualization Manager at New Fortress Energy. Raphael was a subject matter expert responsible for delivering smart information to the CEO and executives and building the data function. Raphael boosted data capabilities and decision-making through intelligent analytics and automated processes, leveraged and administered a newly built Azure data warehouse and Tableau analytics platform, and improved data governance.

Currently, Raphael is working as a Senior Media Buyer at Perion Network.

Raphael Lalou completed a program in Artificial Intelligence: Implications for Business Strategy at MIT Sloan School of Management from 2017 to 2018. In addition, they obtained a SAP Certified Application Associate certification in SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence Platform 4.1 from SAP in June 2015.
