PeriSafe® is a novel device for peritoneal dialysis patients.

We integrated patient's feedback, eye-tracking and usability engineering to develop a device that supports all patients who wish to stay independent.

Our product generates value for the entire healthcare system, above all the patient, but also the healthcare providers and insurances.

PeriSafe® is the first system, that connects the transfer set and dialysis tubing within a closed device, without manual contact of the patient with the open transfer set. Manual handling of clamps and breaking the frangible is replaced by simply pushing a button. It is a connection device that will make home dialysis easier and safer for elderly patients.

Peripal AG is an ETH start-up developing medical devices to facilitate dialysis. The company is based in Zurich and has closed a Series B Financing Round.
