John Findlay

John joined Periscope in 2013 and is a Partner. He leads deal execution, monitors existing investments, and oversees the development and implementation of Periscope’s 180-day operating plans. He serves as Chairman of PDM and WPAS, on the Board of IBH and previously served on the boards of Sentrics and Strategic Pharma Solutions (MicroMass).

Prior to joining Periscope Equity, John was a Senior Associate at Lone Star Funds, where he evaluated and executed new investment opportunities in financial services and business services companies. During his time at Lone Star Funds, he served as interim CFO of Caliber Home Loans, Inc. Prior to Lone Star Funds, John was an Analyst in the Financial Institutions Group at Piper Jaffray & Co. specializing in merger and acquisitions, strategic alternatives and capital raising advisory assignments.

John received a BSM in finance and accounting, Beta Gamma Sigma and magna cum laude, from Tulane University.
