Luke Elder

Luke joined Periscope in 2022 and is a Vice President. He is responsible for deal execution, monitoring existing investments and overseeing the development and implementation of value creation strategies.

Prior to joining Periscope Equity, Luke was an Associate at Wind Point Partners, a middle market private equity firm, where he was primarily focused on making control investments into consumer, industrials and services businesses. During his time at Wind Point, he was responsible for initiating and executing investment opportunities, managing due diligence, and working with portfolio company management teams. Prior to Wind Point, Luke was an investment banker at Lincoln International where he executed sell-side M&A transactions and capital raises for clients across various sectors.

Luke received a BS in Finance from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
