How Perivita Is Different:
Your challenges are personal to us — because we’ve lived versions of them. Our founder, Jessica DeBianchi Rivera, has had a 20+ career spanning the C-suite as a lawyer, C-Suite operator, board member, and business owner. She's sat on all sides of the table, as external and in-house counsel, and as a business decision-maker, and brings that unique perspective to turn lawyers into leaders.

She's led through uncertainty and carried the weight of being at the top. She's also juggled the realities of balancing a big job and a big home life as a mom of 4.

Perivita Means ‘Life in Balance’:

We believe that growth can be ambitious and sustainable. That real success aligns people, purpose, and performance. And that when people grow in balance, businesses grow stronger.

That’s the core of The JDB Way™ — our framework built on the idea that meaningful growth doesn’t come from perfection. It comes from just doing better.

The JDB Way™ guides all we do:
 • Journey: Clarify who you are, what you stand for, and where you’re headed.
 • Design: Build the systems, habits, and structures that get you there.
 • Become: Reach your breakthrough, without breaking.
