Dillon Scanlan is currently involved in Corporate Development at Perk, having transitioned from a robust background in corporate finance and M&A. Previously, as a Senior Manager and Head of Corporate Finance at Hopin, Dillon led major divestment and sale transactions and coordinated strategic financial planning, achieving three promotions during their tenure. Prior to that, Dillon honed their skills as a TMT M&A Associate at Arma Partners, managing significant transactions including high-profile acquisitions and recaps. Dillon holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics and Politics from the University of Nottingham and has completed A Levels with distinction at St Paul's School.
