Kaisa Luht

Kaisa Luht began their career in the UK in law and later served as an EU law practitioner at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Estonia while completing their Master’s degree. They transitioned into the startup world at TransferWise (now Wise), where they spent seven years developing and managing equity strategies, HR operations, and global mobility initiatives. Afterward, Kaisa took on the role of Global Reward Lead at Salto X before joining TravelPerk as a Senior Equity Manager, focusing on building effective stock plans. Kaisa holds a BA in Law from The University of Sheffield and a Master’s in International Relations from Tallinn University of Technology.
