Rachel Steding is the Head of Customer Success at Yokoy, A TravelPerk Company, a position held since 2022 after serving as a Senior Implementation Manager at Perk from 2021 to 2022. Previously, Rachel gained valuable experience at KPMG Switzerland, starting as an intern in Technology & Innovation for Financial Services in 2018, and progressing to roles as Consultant and Senior Consultant. Also, Rachel worked as an External Consultant for Plansee - Strong Metals on a Design Thinking Advisory Project from 2017 to 2018. Educationally, Rachel holds a Master of Arts in Business Innovation from the University of St.Gallen and participated in the Design Thinking Programme at Stanford University, along with earning a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from the University of Zurich.
