Roofi Ghansar

Roofi Ghansar is a Human Resources Specialist with experience in People Operations, currently employed at Perk since November 2025 following the acquisition of Yokoy. In this role, Roofi manages core HR workflows, prepares payroll, supports the integration of People-related processes, and maintains HRIS data integrity. Prior experience includes a similar role at Yokoy, where Roofi handled recruitment and HR operations. Additional experience includes positions as a Working Student in Human Resources at valantic FSA and as a Human Resources Intern at UKDENTAL4U, focusing on payroll management and performance appraisal systems. Roofi holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München and a Bachelor of Science in International Business and Economics from Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg, along with an International Baccalaureate Diploma.
