Roy Hefer

Roy Hefer is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Perk and has extensive experience in finance and operations. Previously, they served as the VP of Finance at Hippo Insurance and held significant roles at Lumenis, including Head of Financial & Strategic Planning, where they led a successful IPO and co-managed a major acquisition. Roy's career also includes a pivotal role as VP of Finance and Operations at Avail Medsystems, contributing to the company's foundational growth. They served as a Consultant and Team Leader at McKinsey & Company and have a background in the Israeli Air Force as a Major and Platoon Commander. Roy holds a BA from Tel Aviv University, an MBA from INSEAD, and a CFO Executive Education credential from Stanford University.
