Ruby Hsu

Ruby Hsu is an accomplished UX researcher with extensive experience across various industries, including e-commerce, finance, and design. As a Senior UX Researcher at Farfetch from August 2021 to February 2024, Ruby led significant generative and evaluative research projects that shaped product strategies for new marketplace categories. Ruby's professional background spans roles such as Senior User Experience Researcher at Mozilla and Senior User Researcher at Perk, where research focused on financial aspects. With a Master’s Degree in Strategic Product Design from Delft University of Technology, Ruby has also co-founded design ventures and successfully managed design research projects for notable clients like Cathay Pacific and TSMC.
