Roger Hall

Roger Hall is an experienced professional in business intelligence and data analysis, currently serving as the Head of BI and Insight at Perkbox since October 2025. Prior to this role, Hall held multiple positions at Vivup from March 2018 to October 2025, including Head of BI and Insight, Lead Data Analyst, and Senior Business Intelligence Engineer, where a focus on promoting employee wellbeing was central to the organization’s mission. Hall’s career began at Tech Data UK as an SMB Development Account Manager, followed by roles at Greenpoint Computer Services Ltd and Exertis UK, where expertise in solution sales and account management was developed over nearly a decade. During time at Exertis UK, Hall progressed from a Sales Executive to a Senior Solutions Account Manager, also taking on mentoring responsibilities to develop team skills. Education includes attendance at HSDC Alton and Bohunt School.
