Stuart H. Sutton

Stuart H. Sutton is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in managing cybersecurity operations and teams. Currently serving as the Manager of Cybersecurity Operations at PerkinElmer since April 2024, Stuart built and oversees an international team responsible for 24-hour monitoring and incident response in a hybrid cloud environment. Prior to this role, Stuart worked as a Senior Cybersecurity Analyst at Cengage Group, where a SOC was developed and funded based on the Splunk InfoSec App, along with a threat hunting program utilizing Mitre Att&ck and OSINT. Previous experience includes serving as an I.T. Security Engineer at Golden Entertainment, Inc., performing vulnerability assessments, and as a Security Analyst Intern at Cengage, where involvement in large-scale platform proofs of concept took place. Stuart's early career also includes web development for Northeastern University's Civil and Environmental Engineering department. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Cybersecurity from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Liberal Arts from Harvard Extension School.
