Annie Ryan is an accomplished urban designer and planner with extensive experience in various firms. From 2021 to 2024, Annie served as an Associate at Hassell. Prior to that, Annie held positions at Perkins&Will as Urban Designer and Senior Urban Designer/Associate from September 2019 to 2021, and served as an Associate Urban Planner at Page Southerland Page, Inc. in 2019. Annie's earlier experience includes working as an Urban Designer at PlaceWorks from 2010 to 2014 and as an intern at Gehl - Making Cities for People in mid-2016. Additionally, Annie was a Research Assistant at the MIT Center for Real Estate from September 2015 to August 2017. Educationally, Annie holds a Master’s degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, attained in 2017, and a Bachelor’s degree in City and Regional Planning from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, completed in 2009.
