Cindy Steele

Cindy Steele is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in compensation and benefits. Currently retired, Cindy most recently served as Director Benefits and Compensation at Perkins&Will, contributing to strategic HR initiatives since August 2019. Prior to that, Cindy held the role of Director Compensation and Benefits at Ulta Beauty, where strategic vision was executed for compensation functions and HR processes were optimized to support Total Rewards Strategy. Previous positions include Global Compensation Senior Manager at Nalco, where responsibilities encompassed global compensation design and training, and Director of Compensation at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, leading the development of multiple incentive plans. Cindy began the career at Hyatt Hotels and significantly contributed to HR functions, managing a call center operation of 700 associates, ultimately enhancing talent management and employee engagement. Cindy earned a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of Houston.
