John Long

John Long, AIA LEED AP, BD C, is the Principal and Higher Education Practice Leader at Perkins&Will's San Francisco office, where they have worked since 2008. With over 30 years of experience in educational facilities, John specializes in campus master planning, programming, feasibility studies, and design for both new construction and adaptive reuse projects. They prioritize a collaborative and sustainable approach to design, ensuring the creation of spaces that provide enduring value. John also served as a Board Member for the Architectural Foundation of San Francisco from 2007 to 2009 and continues their education at the University of California, Berkeley.
