Will Weaver

Will Weaver, AIA, LEED Fellow, WELL AP, currently serves as the Senior Interiors Project Manager and Operations Lead at Perkins&Will since August 2025. Previous positions include Senior Associate, Design Manager, Senior Project Architect, and Design Resilience Leader at Gensler from July 2018 to July 2025, as well as various roles including Senior Project Manager and Portfolio Sustainability Manager at JLL from March 2013 to June 2018. Will’s commitment to sustainability is evident through advocacy efforts such as the 2015 Green Roof Challenge and contributions to the U.S. Green Building Council, where Will was a founding member of the Charlotte Region Chapter and held multiple leadership roles. Educational credentials include an MBA in Sustainable Business from Marylhurst University and a Bachelor of Architecture from Ball State University.
