Yan Wang

Yan Wang is a highly experienced urban design professional with a robust background in planning and architecture. Currently serving as Principal and Director of Urban Design China at Perkins+Will since March 2016, and also as Vice President of Building+Places at AECOM Greater China since August 2013, Yan oversees diverse planning practices including master planning and transportation in major cities across Greater China. Notable projects include the Universal Studio Beijing Resort Campus and the Wuhan Huashan River Waterfrontage redevelopment. Previously, Yan held leadership roles as Vice President and Director of Planning for HOK, successfully managing planning practices and teams across multiple locations. Yan Wang holds a Master's degree in Urban Planning from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Tsinghua University.
