Amy Mencarelli

Amy Mencarelli, PHR, MBA, is a seasoned HR professional with over a decade of experience, currently serving as an Ambassador for Nectar and an Advisory Council Member for Harvard Business Review. They have held various leadership roles, including Senior Director of People and Culture at Bloomerang, and Director of HR Services at HR Collaboration Group. A co-founder of Mirra, Amy is dedicated to transforming HR from administrative functions to strategic, tech-driven approaches. They earned a Master of Business Administration from Grace College and Seminary and a Bachelor of Science from Calvary University.
