Customer Success Manager

Caroline Hansen has extensive experience in customer success and onboarding, having held various roles in several companies since 2016. At Weave HQ, Caroline served as an Onboarding Specialist, developing customer relationships during the implementation process. As a Customer Success Manager at Nectar, responsibilities include managing customer satisfaction and engagement. Previous roles include Training Instructor at Skipio, where insights about customer usage and business challenges were gathered, as well as Account Manager and Training Instructor at Nozani, focusing on assisting customers with Amazon Seller Central accounts. Caroline also worked at Kenect as an Activation Manager and held multiple positions at Thumbtack, including Customer Support Specialist and Senior Training Instructor, where a comprehensive onboarding curriculum was created. Caroline is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Utah Valley University, building on a foundation established with a High School Diploma from Alta High School.
